Terms of Service - Oncepacks

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Oncepacks platform operated by Oncepacks Limited (HE 441777) and Oncepacks US, LLC ("Oncepacks", "we", "us"). By registering or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Oncepacks. You must not be located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited. We may restrict access from certain countries.

2. Account and registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for security reasons.

3. Games and services

Oncepacks offers:

Packs – mystery packs with randomised items.
Battles – multiplayer pack-opening contests.
Deals – probability-based wheel and item rewards.
Rewards – XP, levels and free packs.

Game outcomes use Provably Fair mechanisms (SHA512, EOS) and are verifiable. By participating, you accept the randomness of outcomes.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits can be made via Stripe (fiat) or crypto (USDT TRC20, BTC). Withdrawals are processed in USDT TRC20 or credits. We may apply fees and limits. You are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses. Processing times vary.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

Use bots, scripts or automated tools to gain unfair advantage.
Attempt to manipulate games or exploit bugs.
Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
Share your account or create multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
Harass, abuse or harm other users.

Violations may result in account suspension or forfeiture of funds.

6. Affiliates

Our affiliate program allows you to earn from referred users' activity. Separate terms may apply. Earnings are subject to verification and we may adjust or discontinue the program.

7. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that results will meet your expectations. Gaming involves risk. Please play responsibly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Oncepacks Limited or Oncepacks US, LLC is established, as applicable. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the service.
